Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor site progress, manpower, and materials to meet project schedules
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control of civil works (concrete, finishing, structural works)
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site HSE requirements
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on site
Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals with relevant authorities
Verify measurements and support quantity and material take-offs
