, to contribute to infrastructure and building projects across the Emirate.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, design, and supervise construction works in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE building codes.
Prepare design drawings, technical reports, cost estimates, and project schedules.
Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities for approvals and inspections.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance for DM submissions and permit approvals.
Identify and resolve engineering issues, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
(from a recognized university).
Minimum
3 years of engineering work experience in Dubai
(mandatory for DM exam eligibility).
Prior experience with Dubai Municipality submission procedures and approvals.
Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
Solid knowledge of local construction codes, DM regulations, and UAE standards.
Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
