Site Engineer
to join our growing team and contribute to the successful execution of our ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily site operations to ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
Coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain steady project progress.
Conduct regular site inspections, monitor workmanship and material quality, and prepare detailed progress reports.
Ensure full compliance with project safety standards and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and resolving on-site technical issues.
Verify quantities, assist in BOQ tracking, and report on material and manpower usage.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum
3 years of UAE experience
as a Site Engineer in
high-rise, residential, or commercial building projects
.
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, and site execution procedures.
Familiar with
Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DEWA, and other authority requirements
.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
