. The ideal candidate should be technically competent, detail-oriented, and able to take responsibility for site execution and project coordination.
Responsibilities:
Oversee civil and interior construction activities from planning to completion.
Manage and monitor site work including
excavation, demolition, concreting, finishing, and landscaping
.
Ensure work is completed as per drawings, safety standards, and project timelines.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Prepare daily site reports, BOQs, and work progress documentation.
Supervise site manpower and ensure quality workmanship.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
(attested certificate required in UAE).
Minimum
3-5 years of relevant experience
in the UAE.
Ability to work outdoors and on multiple project sites.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
