Site Engineer :

G+1 Or G+4 DM Approved License is must Minimum 3 to 4 years of Experience in Construction Field Researching and providing estimates for projects. Reviewing government regulations and ordinances. To set out and organize the works by the drawings and specifications. To liaise with the main contractor, consultant, and client, as necessary for site work progress. To enforce the relevant safety rules at the site and make sure personal protective equipment is worn as and where required by the staff/workmen under their responsibility To attend coordination meetings organized by clients and consultants etc. Conduct daily briefings with site team leaders to follow up and report on the work progress to anticipate any possible delays in planned tasks. Take immediate corrective action to avoid any cumulative effect of such deviation and recover the delay to finish the task in due time. To assist the Project/Construction/Site Manager in supervising and managing site activities for the assigned project. To liaise with the project planning engineer regarding construction programs. To conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all subcontractors, where necessary. To evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising during construction, which affect the quality of works performed. Coordinate the handing over of completed works to the clients and completion of the necessary rectification works, per the project specification. To check the materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements. Supervise all on-site construction and conduct site inspections.
