Applicants must be:
Minimum of 10 years' experience at site
Knowledge in Authority Rules & Regulation
Full awareness of site activities / inspections/materials......
Fair knowledge of Tender/contract / documents...etc.
Perform site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Prepare and submit site reports, construction schedules, and project updates.
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
