This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with design specifications and standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations and ensure construction work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure timely progress.
Monitor material usage, equipment, and labor to maintain efficient workflow.
Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and resolve on-site technical issues.
Prepare and maintain site reports, including daily progress, material tracking, and site logs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
Liaise with consultants, surveyors, and other engineers to manage construction challenges and changes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Site Civil Engineer or in a similar role on construction projects.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working in the UAE.
Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple site tasks effectively.
