Civil Site Engineer (Minimum 02 years' Experience)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

o Proficiency in engineering software and technology applications.

o Strong oral and written communication skills.

o Ability to logically and clearly communicate with management and team members.

o Proven commitment to safe work practices and quality assurance.

o Thorough knowledge of current construction methods and technologies.

Responsibilities':

. Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure tasks align with project goals and specifications.

o Monitor project progress and provide status reports to stakeholders.

o Manage project budgets and implement cost control measures.

o Identify and resolve project issues and constraints to maintain timelines.

o Ensure all engineering work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.

o Perform shop drawing reviews, respond to RFIs, and conduct periodic site observations and specialized structural inspections.

o Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors on design and construction activities.

o Lead and supervise engineering teams to ensure technical excellence and project quality.

o Provide technical consultations and interdisciplinary analytical studies.

o Prepare material/equipment specifications and purchase requisitions.

o Conduct surveys, studies, and site investigations, including RAM and safety analyses.

o Supervise and coordinate all technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely completion.

o Oversee material procurement and ensure quality and specification compliance.

o Conduct and document tests and inspections per approved procedures.

o Review and interpret design drawings to ensure accurate execution on-site.

o Perform other responsibilities as required to support the project team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
