to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities, ensuring work is completed according to design specifications, maintaining safety and quality standards, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor all on-site civil construction activities.
Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
Ensure work is executed as per project plans, specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and site staff.
Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
Maintain safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Handle site inspections and resolve technical issues on-site.
Ensure material usage is within budget and specifications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site supervision (UAE experience preferred).
Valid UAE Driving License is
mandatory
.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction reporting tools.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Knowledge of local building codes and construction regulations.
Preferred:
Experience in residential/commercial/fit-out projects.
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and vendors.
Familiarity with BOQ, MTO, and quantity tracking.
