Minimum 5 years (Dubai-based experience is mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
Review and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Prepare progress reports and update project status to the management.
Manage site inspections, approvals, and snagging.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai
in construction or interior fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
