Supervise and manage civil engineering works at the project site in coordination with the project and engineering teams
Review and implement approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
Ensure site execution is carried out according to project timelines and quality standards
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards and procedures
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other disciplines on site
Maintain site documentation, including daily progress reports, inspection records, and material submittals
Identify and resolve site-related issues in a timely manner
Support in planning and forecasting resource needs at site
Attend site meetings and report to the project manager as required
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of site experience in the U.A.E. construction industry
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings
U.A.E. driving license is a must
Being licensed by Dubai Municipality is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
construction and maintenance: 3 years (Required)
