Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Civil Site Engineer

to oversee site execution of civil works in compliance with

Dubai Municipality

and

Trakhees

regulations. The ideal candidate will coordinate construction activities, ensure regulatory approvals, and uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute site activities in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and authority regulations. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth progress of work. Ensure full compliance with

Dubai Municipality

Trakhees

, and other regulatory authority requirements. Prepare and submit inspection requests and follow up on approvals from relevant authorities. Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and material logs. Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures in accordance with UAE HSE standards. Monitor project milestones and ensure timely execution within budget. Assist in resolving technical issues and on-site challenges. Liaise with clients and consultants for site inspections and quality control. Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3-6 years of experience in civil site execution, including 4+ years in the UAE. Must have knowledge and hands-on experience with

Dubai Municipality

EHS

, or other local authority procedures. Proficient in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings. Strong understanding of local construction laws, permits, and inspection processes. Good communication, team coordination, and leadership skills. UAE driving license (preferred).

Preferred Certifications:

Dubai Municipality Certified Engineer Trakhees Approval (preferable) HSE or Safety Training Certificates (advantageous)
