to oversee and manage day-to-day operations on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering, a strong understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage site activities efficiently while ensuring quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure they align with engineering plans and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain workflow and meet project deadlines.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements.
Review and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Monitor progress, prepare daily reports, and update project status.
Manage site documentation including material records, inspection reports, and labor deployment.
Liaise with project managers and provide technical support as needed.
Assist in resolving site-related issues and unexpected technical challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in construction site management or a similar role.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering/project management software.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Preferred:
Experience in [residential/commercial/infrastructure] projects.
