. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in
supervising fit-out works
, a strong background in
drawing review and design software
, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor interior and civil works on site
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and the design team
Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings
Ensure work is carried out as per approved designs and standards
Report progress and site issues to the project manager
Assist in material selection and approvals
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in fit-out and interior supervision
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
Valid
UAE Driving License
(mandatory)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Available to work on-site and attend client meetings when needed
Mandatory Requirement:

must have proven experience in supervising fit-out works
, with a strong ability to ensure that the contractor is executing the project in alignment with the approved
interior design drawings
. The engineer will also be responsible for
reviewing materials on site and verifying that all works comply with the approved drawings and project specifications
