Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated

Civil Site Engineers

to join our reputable contracting company in the Emirate of Sharjah. The ideal candidates must have

a minimum of 5 years of proven experience within the UAE

in civil construction projects and possess strong technical and site management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute civil site works in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and UAE standards. Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring work progress aligns with project schedules. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and the project management team to resolve technical issues. Review and prepare shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals. Monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain accurate site documentation. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations across all construction activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum of 5 years of UAE experience

in civil construction, infrastructure, or building projects. Strong knowledge of local regulations, standards, and municipality requirements. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and related engineering software. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
