Job Description

1. Planning and Design:

Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

Preparing site layouts and setting out the site for construction.

Developing construction schedules and work plans.

Estimating material and labor costs.

2. Supervision and Management:

Overseeing construction activities on-site.

Managing and supervising construction personnel, including subcontractors.

Ensuring that work is carried out according to plans and specifications.

Monitoring project progress and preparing regular reports.

Managing the project within budget and time constraints.

3. Communication and Coordination:

Liaising with clients, subcontractors, architects, and other stakeholders.

Communicating project progress and updates to relevant parties.

Facilitating effective communication between different teams.

4. Material and Resource Management:

Ensuring the availability of necessary materials and equipment on site.

Managing material procurement and deliveries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
