Baraka Real Estate Development LLC is seeking an experienced

Site Civil Engineer

to join our dynamic team overseeing mid-scale mixed-use developments across Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented engineer who thrives in hands-on site environments and is ready to take ownership of critical project execution responsibilities.

You'll lead site supervision and coordinate between design, construction, and quality teams on complex residential and mixed-use projects. Working independently with a dedicated support group, you'll make critical decisions on site issues, manage vendor relationships, and ensure projects meet the highest standards for quality, safety, and schedule compliance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Site Supervision & Coordination:

Direct daily site operations, coordinate design implementation, and liaise between architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams

Quality Control & Standards:

Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and regulations

Safety Management:

Champion safety culture on-site, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and manage safety documentation and incident reporting

Vendor & Contractor Management:

Evaluate vendor performance, manage contractor relationships, resolve site issues independently, and maintain professional standards

Design Coordination:

Review technical drawings, manage design changes, coordinate with design teams, and ensure constructability on-site

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive site records, progress documentation, and regular reporting to Senior Project Manager

Experience & Education:

Minimum

3 years of UAE/GCC experience

on residential and/or mixed-use development projects Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent industry-leading qualification (not diploma level) Proven track record managing site operations independently on mid-to-large scale projects

Technical Competencies:

Expert proficiency in

AutoCAD

for technical drawing review and coordination Strong knowledge of

Revit

(BIM coordination) - nice-to-have if not essential*
Familiarity with

project management software

(MS Project, Primavera, or similar) - nice-to-have if not essential*

Certifications & Qualifications:

Current or eligible for

Site Safety Certification

(equivalent to OSHA or UAE-recognized site safety credentials)

LEED Accreditation

or ISO certifications (13485, 45001, or equivalent) - advantageous*

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED15,000.00 per month
