Key Responsibilities
:
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Supervise and manage construction activities on-site.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and laborers.
Perform quality control checks and material inspections.
Maintain daily work logs, site records, and progress reports.
Assist in project planning, including timelines and resource allocation.
Resolve on-site technical issues in collaboration with the design and planning teams.
Prepare daily progress reports, material request forms, and inspection logs: report to the dedicated team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2+ years of experience in site execution and supervision (preferably in INTERIOR FITOUT ).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site engineering tools.
Knowledge of safety standards and environmental regulations.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
