We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be ready to join immediately, have prior experience in high-rise building projects, and possess a strong understanding of ADDC regulations and local authority standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage civil works at project sites in coordination with MEP teams. Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project plans. Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and safety regulations. Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and local authorities. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports. Collaborate with MEP engineers to ensure structural compatibility and integration. Resolve technical and site-related issues proactively and efficiently.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Equivalency Certificate from the UAE Ministry of Education is mandatory. Minimum 4-8 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry. Thorough knowledge of ADDC regulations and other local authority standards such as ADM, Estidama, and Civil Defense. Familiarity with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and infrastructure development guidelines. Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Certifications (not mandatory):

UAE Society of Engineers membership AutoCAD / Revit / Primavera P6 proficiency
