We are seeking a Site Architect (Contractor Side) to support on-site execution and coordination of architectural works during the finishing stage of an industrial project. The role involves close coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate architectural and finishing works on site.
Ensure execution as per approved IFC drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
Coordinate with MEP, structural teams, and subcontractors.
Raise and follow up RFIs and implement consultant instructions.
Review architectural shop drawings and material submittals.
Support inspections, snagging, de-snagging, and handover activities.
Maintain site documentation and coordination records.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
2-4 years of UAE site experience on the contractor side.
Strong finishing-stage experience (mandatory).
Arabic speaking (mandatory); good English communication.
Industrial project experience is an advantage.
Proficient in AutoCAD; BIM knowledge is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
