Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Complete responsibility of Project Management and related activities. Ensure works are carried out as per contract Documents, Project requirements and Authority Regulations. Review of the RFI, Material Submittals, Shop Drawings etc. Site Inspection as per project requirements. Ensure quality and safety as per Authority Regulations. Coordination with all stake holders of the project to ensure successful completion of the project. Checking the quality of finishing products and other products available as a replacement in the market. All responsibilities relating to Site Architect. Bachelor's degree in architecture. 5+ years of Dubai experience in Construction Supervision. Must have valid UAE Driving License.
