Job Description
We are seeking a
qualified and experienced Site Architect
to join our dynamic team for ongoing and upcoming projects.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate architectural works at the project site. Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. Conduct site inspections and resolve design or technical issues. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and review architectural shop drawings and material submittals. Ensure quality control and compliance with design intent and safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in site supervision (preferably in [residential/commercial/government] projects). Strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and finishing. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office. UAE Society of Engineers registration / Municipality approval -
an advantage.
