Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field 5+ years relevant experience as a design architect in a reputed design consultancy; proven experience as an Architectural Designer Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite and other concept design tools Strong understanding of building codes and regulations Strong problem solving, analytical skills & dynamic Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Ability to conceptualize and develop design solutions Experience with 3D modelling and rendering software Knowledge of sustainable design principles Experience with project management and budgeting Experience with construction documentation and detailing Ability to work collaboratively with clients, engineers, and contractors A resilient work ethic with attention to detail, design quality, aesthetics & market trends and strong organizational skills Proactive and ability to meet project timelines and client expectations a must

Responsibilities

Think creatively to produce and develop architectural ideas and concepts for various projects, work with a wide range of 3D software, as well producing sketches and a freehand diagrams showing and presenting ideas Collaborate with project teams to ensure design integrity and quality. Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Establish critical thinking approach to identify the Design requirements through research and analysis Be able to produce high-quality, creative concepts for all types of project from interior to architectural to master planning Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information necessary for design development. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide design solutions accordingly. Contribute ideas with other Senior Designer / Architects to assist and enhance the project Strive for new design typologies, ideas and experience Coordinate with Design Mangers to achieve the required design intent Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies to incorporate into designs. Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project correspondence. Design according to international building codes, regulations and zoning laws and make sure inputs from all disciplines (Structural, Electrical & Mechanical) are implemented
Be dynamic and coordinate with the team and other departments

Pay: From AED12,000.00 per month
