Zaya Zuha Island is seeking a talented and experienced

Site Architect

to join our dynamic project team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of architectural elements on-site while maintaining Zaya's high standards of quality, design, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all architectural site works in line with approved drawings and design intent. Ensure high standards of execution and quality control on-site. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, MEP teams, and other disciplines to resolve site-related challenges. Review and approve architectural shop drawings, materials, and mock-ups. Monitor site progress and provide regular reports to the Project Manager. Ensure adherence to relevant building codes, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural site supervision, preferably in luxury or island developments. Strong knowledge of local building codes and construction practices. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
