Job Title: Site Architect (Fit-Out Experience Required)

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented

Site Architect

with proven experience in

interior fit-out projects

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site execution, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to design intent and project timelines, and handling all related technical documentation and official site correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all architectural and interior fit-out works on site Ensure execution of works according to approved drawings, materials, and design specifications Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and subcontractor details Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and progress Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams to ensure design alignment and timely execution Identify and resolve technical and design-related issues during execution Ensure compliance with local codes, project specifications, and safety standards Prepare and issue official project correspondence, including: Site Work Commencement Notifications Inspection Requests (IRs) and Material Approvals Shop Drawing and As-Built Drawing Submissions Requests for Information (RFIs) and Clarifications (RFCs) Variation Claims, Delay Notices, and EOT Requests Coordination Meeting Invitations and MOMs Handover Certificates and Payment Requests Maintain organized documentation for all communications and site reports

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field Minimum

3-5 years of experience

as a Site Architect in

interior fit-out projects

(mandatory) Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, construction methods, and site coordination Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant architectural software Experience in preparing professional letters and site documentation Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
