Site Architect
to join our team and lead the on-site implementation of luxury architectural projects, including high-end private villas and estates. If you have a solid track record in architectural supervision and a passion for delivering exceptional design quality, we'd love to connect.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee on-site works to ensure alignment with approved architectural drawings Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and engineers during all construction phases Review and approve architectural plans and material samples Conduct regular site inspections to maintain design integrity and quality standards Address and resolve design-related issues that arise during construction Review and validate as-built drawings before project handover
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of on-site architectural experience, specifically in luxury residential villas or private estates In-depth knowledge of high-end finishes, bespoke materials, and custom detailing Demonstrated experience working closely with interior designers on premium projects Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Must be based in the UAE or open to relocation
