About the Role:

PNC Architects, a name etched into the evolving skyline of the UAE, seeks a Civil Engineer & the role demands precision on paper, grit on ground, and a soul wired for structures. You'll anchor our civil engineering mandates across diverse real estate development sites, ensuring seamless execution from blueprint to build.

We're looking for a Site Architect who doesn't just supervise, but orchestrates. You'll be our boots on the ground and our eyes in the sky, ensuring our designs rise exactly as intended--no more, no less. Based in Dubai and spanning projects across the UAE, you'll command site architecture from foundation to it end completion.

Key Responsibilities:

ranslate drawings into reality

- oversee architectural execution with authority, precision, and pride

Own the site

- conduct inspections, guide contractors, and uphold the vision from concept to completion

Be the bridge

- collaborate closely with design, engineering, and project management to keep the build honest and inspired

Solve in real time

- troubleshoot design hiccups, material issues, and coordination challenges with calm confidence

Guard quality

- enforce specs, push for perfection, and never let substandard work slip past your eye

Report boldly

- deliver regular, no-fluff updates to senior architects and development leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Master's is a plus 7+ years in architecture with

at least 3 years on active construction sites in the UAE

Deep understanding of local codes, materials, and construction practices Fearless communication and decision-making skills--you're unshaken in meetings and on scaffolds A sharp eye for detail and a sharper instinct for design integrity Proficiency in site reporting tools, AutoCAD, and BIM (Revit preferred)
