Job Description

We are seeking a Site Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing architectural works at site, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring that construction is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor architectural works at site to ensure quality and compliance*
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers*
Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals*
Ensure proper implementation of approved architectural details and finishes*
Resolve site-related design and technical issues*
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports*
Ensure compliance with Qatar construction standards and project specifications*
Assist in snagging, inspections, and handover activities*

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture*
Minimum 9-10 years of experience in construction projects*
Strong experience in site supervision for building projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use)*
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and finishing works*
Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit experience is an advantage)*
Good coordination and communication skills*
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
