Job Description

Marmi Engineering Co. is looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Architect

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with regulations. This role requires strong design skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to bring innovative designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural concepts, designs, and layouts based on client requirements and project specifications. Prepare and present detailed

drawings, 3D models, and design proposals

using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion. Coordinate with

structural, MEP, and interior design teams

to ensure seamless project integration. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction aligns with the approved design and quality standards. Research materials, finishes, and innovative design solutions for enhanced sustainability and efficiency. Prepare and review architectural plans, BOQs, and technical documentation for construction approvals. Ensure all designs comply with local

building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations

in Qatar. Collaborate with

clients, consultants, and contractors

to manage design expectations and project execution. Participate in

tender processes, design revisions, and value engineering

to optimize project costs and quality. Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, construction technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture

from a recognized university.

Minimum 5+ years of experience

in architectural design, preferably in

fit-out, construction, and high-end projects

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and other architectural software

. Strong knowledge of

Qatar's building regulations, permits, and industry standards

. Excellent

design, visualization, and presentation skills

to communicate ideas effectively. Experience working on

commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail projects

is an advantage. Ability to

manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure

in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and

creative thinking

LEED or sustainability certification

is a plus.
