Interpret architectural drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance on site.
Supervise architectural finishes and coordinate with civil, MEP, and structural teams.
Inspect and approve materials, mock-ups, and workmanship.
Provide technical guidance to site teams regarding architectural details.
Identify and resolve design discrepancies with consultants.
Ensure works are executed as per quality standards and project timelines.
Prepare daily site reports and coordinate progress with the project manager.
Monitor adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
Minimum
2-7 years of experience
in site supervision, preferably with a contracting/developer company.
Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, detailing, and material standards.
Ability to read and coordinate multidisciplinary drawings.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
