Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision & Quality Control:
Ensure adherence to approved designs, quality standards, and contract requirements.Project Closeout & Handover:
Conduct snagging/de-snagging, verify as-built drawings, and compile handover documentation.Coordination & Communication:
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants for smooth project execution.Requirements:
5+ years
of site supervision experience in aUAE consultancy firm
. Strong expertise insnagging, de-snagging, and project closeout
. In-depth knowledge ofUAE construction codes and quality standards
. Proven ability to review and approvearchitectural finishes, materials, and detailing
. Strongleadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
