This award has just landed to a TIER 1 Marine & Civil Engineering Main Contractor
This client wants to hire a hungry and driven Irish or British Marine Site Agent to take there skills into the cut & thrust of the UAE Market. You heard it right no prior Middle East experience is needed and this is a Tax Free Package where our client wants someone starting their overseas career. The idea behind this is succession planning as he has recently promoted an Agent up to Project Manager and he wants to replicate this same method as its worked well.

Following is essential :
- Degree Educated Civil Engineering UK or Ireland
- 3-5 Years Post Graduate Experience
- Solid Main Contracting Background (Reputable Employer )
- Clear experience on a Marine Works & Civil Engineering project as an Engineer / Sub-Agent / Site Agent
- Experience on QA, paperwork, record keeping , working within a team and sub-contract management
- Self Motivated & disciplined in your role
- Able to relocate to Dubai before September 2025 absolute latest
