The Role
SITE AGENT \xe2\x80\x93 MARINE WORKS Dubai & Abu Dhabi \xe2\x80\x93 Marine Construction \xe2\x80\x93 1st Overseas Posting This is a single status 1ST POSTING for an Irish or British Engineer or Agent that has marine works construction experience and is interested in an overseas career in the UAE. Large scale projects , fast paced environment and tax free earnings with career progression. We want to hire an Engineer and Agent that have Marine works experience in the UK or Ireland . These are strategic hires as we have a strong pipeline of work so time for some succession planning . Our client is open minded on Value but most projects must involve Quay Walls, Harbor works , jetties , rock revetments, in falls (NO DREDGING). \xe2\x80\xa2 You will have on site experience planning, managing and executing the plan to the drawings and spec of the client. \xe2\x80\xa2 The specific project they have in mind in a 1 Year Program with a spend in the region of \xc2\xa355 Million. \xe2\x80\xa2 If your goal is to be a Project Manager and climb the ranks then the hiring manager will support, guide and nurture you to this level. \xe2\x80\xa2 What you will need i a relentless attitude to succeed, thick skin and a willingness to learn quickly.

Requirements
The following is essential : \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree Educated \xe2\x80\x93 Civil Engineering \xe2\x80\x93 UK or Ireland \xe2\x80\xa2 Solid Main Contracting Background \xe2\x80\xa2 Clear experience on a Marine project in an Engineer or Agent Capacity \xe2\x80\xa2 Solid experience on QA, paperwork, record keeping , working within a team \xe2\x80\xa2 Happy with a 6 day working week/ 11 Day Fortnight depending upon program and workload
