To install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV system and intruder alarm systems in compliance with SIRA regulations and standards, ensuring reliable protection for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure SIRA-approved alarm systems, including control panels, sensors, sirens, and communication modules.
Ensure all installations are fully compliant with SIRA guidelines, client specifications, and local authority standards.
Possess working knowledge of VMS and NVR configuration and any related activities required to connect the system to Video Guard and the SIRA Portal.
Conduct site assessments to determine accurate system requirements.
Perform system programming and support integration with other security systems as needed.
Coordinate with SIRA inspectors for site inspections, system testing, and obtaining official certifications.
Respond to service calls for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring timely resolution.
Prepare and submit installation, inspection, and service reports to clients and SIRA as required.
Provide on-site training to clients on alarm system operations and basic troubleshooting procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
SIRA Technician/ Engineer Certificate (valid and up to date) is mandatory.
Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in alarm system installation and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of SIRA-compliant equipment and configurations.
Good communication skills in English
UAE Driving License preferred.
