Job Description
[Immediate Hiring] To carry out day to day security operation by implementing the set security procedures, policies and work instruction in timely and orderly manner Responsibilities
- Visit sites on a regular basis to ensure that operational work instructions, procedures and policies are in practice and adhered by all staff correctly.
- Respond to the emergencies in a timely manner and apply mitigation action plan accordingly
- Be on call on a 24X7 for any emergencies occurring at work location/s
- Review documents such as security log book etc. to ensure that relevant documents are filled correctly
- Act as an Assessor for all security staff and observe performance of the security staff to ensure that they are following procedures and work instructions correctly.
- Verify staff knowledge, acknowledgment and signature on the communication notices and updated instructions from the management
- Provide feedback to the staff on areas of improvement and prepare an action plan.
- Act as point of contact for any investigations involving security; to prepare reports and note follow up action.
- Provide weekly report with the findings to the line manager
- Report any significant security breaches to the line manager and Supervisor; undertake full investigation; recommend course of action in consultation with line manager
- Perform any additional task assign by the line manager
- Ideally a holder of bachelor degree or high diploma of post-secondary education in a related discipline (must be duly attested by MOFA and UAE Embassy)
- Must have SIRA Certification
- Must have a valid UAE Driving License no. 3
- Customer-focus with the ability to manage the requirements of the Department\xe2\x80\x99s internal customers as well as its external clients;
- Microsoft proficient
- Good in communication (verbal and in writing)
- Keep problem solving skills to deal with day to day concerns
- Conflict management to handle conflict between the team members
- A minimum of 2 years in providing Operational support to in a fast paced environment
- A minimum of 2 years in managing and supervising the team on a supervisory level
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Primary (Preferred)
- Driving: 1 year (Required)
- Patrolling Supervisor: 2 years (Required)
- English (Required)
- SIRA Supervisor Certificate (Required)
- Day Shift (Preferred)
- Night Shift (Preferred)
