Job Details :
F-15 SA Simulator Academic / Live Flight Instructors provide academic and simulator as well as live flight instruction at an assigned location or multiple to train Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) personnel with follow-on assignments to their designated RSAF homebase. This position requires applicant to have a current Secret security clearance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The instructor shall perform academic and training device as well as live flight events.
  • The instructor shall manage training operations to include, but not limited to: trainee and instructor scheduling, trainee and training progress management, standardization and evaluation functions, and weapons and tactics functions.
  • The instructor shall conduct courses and flight events in line with the provided Course Syllabus
  • Instructor is responsible for creating flight and simulator mission events based off of the subject matter presented in the syllabus.
  • Simulator missions require Instructor personnel to operate the Instructor Operator Station (IOS) and to fly the simulator during aircrew training missions.
  • Flying missions require instructor personnel to conduct flight events prescribed in the flight syllabus.
  • The Instructor will review each trainee’s course training records for attendance and verify successful course completion.
  • Generate status reports that shall provide visibility on student performance, attendance, student involvement, course progression/schedule at the end of each test and completion of course.

  • Security Responsibilities:
The instructor must have a current Secret security clearance The instructor shall take all measures necessary to prevent foreign intelligence collection and/or the unauthorized disclosure of information governed by the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulation (EAR). The instructor shall adhere to the information and technology controls required by DoD 5200-1
  • Qualifications:
Aircrew academic and simulator instructors (flying and non-flying) shall be fully qualified Instructor Aircrew experienced in fighter operations (F-15E/S/SA/K/SG, F-15C, F-16, F/A-18, F-22, or other fighter/attack aircraft) with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as an instructor providing academics in either military or as a civilian instructor, and has had relevant flying and/or instructing experience within the previous eight (8) years.

This contractor and subcontractor shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
