Tasks and Responisibilities:

The future Simulation Engineer will report directly to the Supervisor or Manager product Engineering in Bensheim, onsite position located in Morocco Tangier.

Management: . Participate to His/Her annual evaluation. . Can manage trainees, suppliers or outside services. . Can take the Technical Lead on a project.

Technical: . Execution of structural-mechanical and structural thermal non-linear simulations in Ansys/LS-Dyna. . Plastic Composite knowhow. . Adjustment/calibration of models based on FEM and measurement results. . Execution of project-related non-linear simulations. . Close cooperation with the development departments. . Documentation of models and calculation results according to internal and external specifications. . Participation in project meetings and, if necessary, customer meetings. . Observation of the technological environment. . Can propose a design solution to resolve a reported issue. . Can work on expertise analysis regarding a complaint from Engineering or customers.

Meetings and Divers travels should assure: . Meeting with different representatives from different Engineering camps. . Project meetings / Program follow-up. . Quality meeting. . Project follow-up with customer. . Feasibility meeting. . FMEA meeting. . Travels occasionally to Europe or International, customers and suppliers, Internal and external.

What your background should look like:

Educational Degree: - Engineer degree or bachelor's degree. - Successfully completed studies in plastics technology, mechanical engineering or comparable engineering field.

Professional Experience: 2+ years' experience in simulation.

Associated competencies: - Rigor in Process application. - Analyze, synthesize technical information. - Have the ability to develop and maintain the relationship with the work environment. - Adapt on circumstances and manage unexpected situations. - Good English Level, Technical and conversational is necessary: Read Technical Document, Emails, Meeting, Frequent Phone calls... Technical Knowhow: - Knowhow of material resistance. - CAD (Creo preferred and experience with design automation programs a plus). - ISO GPS / ASME GD&T, DOE, FEA, Microsoft Office applications. - Very good knowledge in the application of: FEM (preferably Ansys) Simulation of anisotropic materials - In-depth knowledge in the field of injection molding simulations and engineering mechanics. - Good knowledge of material properties of plastics and their mathematical description.

Required qualities: Availability, Reactivity, organization, adaptation, synthesis mind, mastering technical argumentation, team spirit and capacity of memorization.
