We are now looking for a
Silent Box Facilitator
who can deliver beautiful guest experiences and grow into an
Operations Manager role
as the project scales.
The Role
As a Silent Box Facilitator, you are the
human anchor of the experience
.
You ensure that:
Every activation runs smoothly
Guests feel welcomed, safe, and grounded
Equipment is prepared, reset, and cared for properly
The Silent Box experience is delivered with calm, consistency, and attention to detail
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys

What You'll Do
Facilitator Responsibilities (first months)
Welcome and guide guests into the Silent Box experience
Maintain a calm, professional, and grounded presence
Follow clear activation and reset protocols
Ensure cleanliness, order, and atmosphere inside the tent
Monitor basic equipment (screen, audio, fan, diffuser, lighting)
Report any issues clearly and reliably
Be punctual, prepared, and dependable during events
Growth Path: Operations Manager (3-12 months)
As you gain experience, you'll gradually take on more responsibility:
Document and improve activation processes (checklists, SOPs)
Help organize storage, transport, and equipment logistics
Track consumables and basic inventory
Support training of new facilitators
Coordinate schedules for activations
Actively contribute to improving reliability and flow
This is a
