Position Title: Signal Planner Location: Kuwait

Tribalco is seeking ... The Department of the Army, U.S. Army Central Command (USARCENT), has a requirement for South West Asia Theater Signal Service Support (SWA-TS3) to provide a full range of Information Technology (IT) engineering and installation (E&I) services throughout the U.S. CENTCOM area of responsibility, primarily Kuwait. We are currently looking for Signal Planner in Kuwait to provide Technology Insertion Studies to recommend new technologies and concepts for incorporation into the USARCENT Architecture Framework. Assist with defining, documenting, and communicating WAN architecture and Enterprise and Storage Archiving requirements at LNO locations. Monitor, document, and track facility and IT construction progress at LNO locations, and coordinate with the Government's Projects Program & Engineering (PP&E) team. You'll attend meetings, present solutions to the Government and external stakeholders, and contribute to and attend meetings with Government stakeholder partners for reduction in cost opportunities. Ability to function in an Agile environment and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ensuring scheduled goals are met. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Ability to make decisions and resolve problems effectively - Seek out information and data to evaluate, prioritize and formulate best solution or practice. Must be able to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team, share workloads, and deal with sudden shifts in project priorities Responsibilities Provide personnel deployable for extended periods of time within the USARCENT AOR to perform the role of LNOs Provide assistance with producing initial requirements and design specification packages that allow an IT contractor to provide a complete IT infrastructure, metropolitan area network/wide area network (MAN/WAN), and systems integration to provide an operational system in USARCENT AOR Assist with defining, documenting, and communicating USARCENT IT requirements for secure and non-secure voice, data, video, and other information technology services at LNO locations Assist with defining, documenting, and communicating development of storage area network or network attached storage and Server Architectures requirements at LNO locations Assist with the development of acquisition strategies for separate active electronic portions of the network Provide scheduling and master scheduling for the Government at the LNO's location with respect to IOMP of systems/networks Develop and review responses to RFIs, and coordinate submission of RFIs with Government personnel Document and report design progress to the Government Document and communicate risk identification and management for IT issues at the LNO's location to the Government's PP&E team for resolution Provide engineering assistance for the Government's systems/networks, including designs, architecture studies, and revisions to program cost estimates Provide general voice and data systems/networks technical and engineering services

Required Skills

MUST meet one of these qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least two years' experience in IT Project Management in a combatant command with Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent OR contractor must have at least five years' experience in a combatant command in IT Project Management and a minimum of 10 years overall management experience. Education and Certifications Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least two years' experience in IT Project Management PMP License required. Clearance Active SECRET Compensation Compensation is competitive and is commensurate with experience.
