Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Planning

Manage day-to-day production activities for signage projects (ACP, 3D letters, LED signage, vinyl branding, printing, etc.). Prepare daily/weekly production schedules based on project deadlines. Assign work to fabricators, welders, painters, CNC/Laser operators, and installers.

Project Management

Review project drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications before production. Coordinate with sales and design team for approvals and revisions. Ensure job cards are properly created and followed.

Quality Control

Ensure all finished signage meets quality standards before dispatch. Conduct inspection at every stage of fabrication and installation. Minimize rework and wastage of materials.

Materials & Inventory

Handle material planning and control (ACP sheets, acrylic, LEDs, aluminum profiles, vinyl rolls, etc.) Track stock levels and raise purchase requests on time. Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate pricing when necessary.

Installation Coordination

Plan installation schedules. Coordinate with site supervisors and installers for measurements and approvals. Ensure proper site safety compliance during installation.

Reporting

Maintain daily production reports and job status updates. Monitor productivity and ensure deadlines are met. Report any delays, production challenges, or risks to management.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in

signage fabrication and production

. Strong knowledge of ACP cladding, 3D acrylic/LED letters, CNC/laser cutting, and printing. Ability to read technical drawings and understand BOQ. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Educational Qualification

Diploma / Technical Certification in Mechanical / Fabrication / Advertising Production (preferred).

On-time completion rate of projects. Quality of finished signage (defect-free delivery). Material wastage control. Production cost efficiency. Team productivity and workflow management.
