Job Description
- Supervise the assembly and dismantling of formwork and scaffolding.
- Ensure formwork is installed accurately according to project specifications.
- Coordinate with the concrete team to facilitate pouring and curing.
- Inspect formwork for quality, safety, and proper installation.
- Train and guide the shuttering team in best practices.
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment related to formwork.
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols.
- Report any issues or defects in the formwork.
- Communicate with project managers and engineers regarding progress.
- Experience as a Shuttering Foreman in construction.
- Knowledge of formwork systems and installation techniques.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Understanding of safety regulations and protocols.
