Work Schedule:

6 working days per week (Friday off) Duty Hours: 9 hours per day

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and dismantle shuttering/formwork using plywood, steel, timber, or aluminum systems for construction projects Read and interpret structural drawings and formwork plans accurately Measure, cut, and fit formwork to support concrete structures such as columns, beams, slabs, and foundations Ensure proper leveling, alignment, and reinforcement coordination of formwork Verify stability and security of shuttering before concrete pouring Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and quality standards Maintain tools and materials in good condition Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades on site

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in shuttering/formwork carpentry for construction projects Skilled in reading and interpreting structural drawings and formwork plans Experience with conventional and system formworks (e.g., Doka, Peri) preferred Strong understanding of leveling, alignment, and reinforcement coordination Physically fit and capable of handling heavy materials Basic communication skills in Hindi for site coordination Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality standards
