Construct and install formwork for concrete structures as per drawings and instructions.
Measure, cut, and assemble shuttering materials such as plywood, timber, and steel plates.
Ensure proper alignment and level of formwork before concreting.
Apply release agents and prepare formwork for reuse when required.
Dismantle formwork safely after the concrete has set.
Maintain tools and materials in good condition.
Follow site safety regulations and report hazards to the supervisor.
Work closely with steel fixers, masons, and other site personnel to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Shuttering Carpenter in construction projects.
Skilled in measurement, cutting, and assembling of shuttering materials.
Understanding of construction drawings and site requirements.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Physically fit and safety-conscious.
