Shutter Loom Operator

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate shutter loom machines Monitor loom operations to ensure consistent weaving and high-quality output. Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain proper tension, weave patterns, and speed. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to avoid production interruptions. Maintain production logs and quality records accurately. Ensure that all safety and quality standards are followed throughout the shift. Collaborate with maintenance or quality teams in case of machine or material issues.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 Yrs Of experience in operating looms, especially in paper, textile, or packaging industries, is preferred. Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot loom-related issues. Attention to detail and a good understanding of material handling. Ability to follow safety and quality protocols strictly. * Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed.
