Showroom Supervisor

to take charge of showroom operations and drive success in the absence of the Showroom Manager. This individual will combine strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a passion for customer experience to empower the sales team, exceed targets, and ensure exceptional showroom performance.

As a Showroom Supervisor, you will mentor and coach associates, foster a culture of growth, and lead by example in delivering world-class service and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities



Maximize sales growth and profitability by overseeing all aspects of showroom operations including sales, customer service, merchandising, and displays. Lead, coach, and develop associates to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Create a positive and motivating environment that inspires growth and career development. Oversee merchandising standards, store presentation, cleanliness, and workplace safety. Monitor inventory levels, place timely orders, and manage bi-annual inventory processes. Drive showroom sales through effective customer engagement, project sourcing, and collaboration with the design and marketing teams. Manage scheduling, staffing, and payroll budgets to ensure optimal floor coverage. Conduct weekly team meetings and training sessions to enhance performance, product knowledge, and service standards. Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring quick and effective resolution. Track competitor activities and develop strategies to differentiate our brand in the market. Monitor and support the Marketing Department with showroom-related social media activities. Prepare and submit weekly performance and sales reports to management. Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, employee conduct, and appearance guidelines. Coordinate annual leave planning to maintain smooth showroom operations during high and low seasons. Report employee violations to HR for appropriate action when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills



Proven experience in sales supervision, preferably in retail, luxury, or showroom environments. Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with sales tracking systems. Knowledge of social media marketing is an advantage.
