Job Location : Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities :

Coordinate with drivers the point of loading & unloading the materials
Physically issue materials to customers against Invoice and DN
Process GRS for delivered materials from supplier after checking quantity and condition of materials
Create and receive SIV for material transfer request in system after checking the correctness of item code & quantity of material
Facilitate stock count and inventory monthly, yearly and when necessary
Responsible in creating inventory report monthly, yearly and when necessary
Checks and update material shortage list
Maintain record of all receipt and issued materials
Keeps materials in order and arranged in the warehouse
Issues materials on FIFO basis
Responsible in informing the MSP and Coordinator of items which needs to be replenished
Any other task to be assigned by the manager for the efficiency of work
