previous experience in building materials, specifically Tiles and Sanitary products
, with a strong passion for customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom in selecting tiles, sanitary ware, and other building materials.
Provide detailed product information, including features, specifications, and pricing.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close sales.
Maintain proper display and visual merchandising standards in the showroom.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the sales and procurement team for stock availability and delivery schedules.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in showroom sales, preferably in
Tiles and Sanitary ware
.
Product Knowledge:
Strong understanding of tiles, sanitary products, and related accessories.
Languages:
Must be fluent in
English and Hindi

Arabic
speaking is an advantage.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Qualification:
Any qualification / Any Degree.
Computer Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
