- Start Date: Immediate to 30 days
- Support day-to-day employee relations activities, including handling employee concerns and resolving workplace issues.
- Liaise with UAE government entities for processing employee documentation, visas, and labor-related matters.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Assist in onboarding, offboarding, and other HR operations as required.
- Ensure timely and efficient handling of government relations tasks and employee documentation processes.
- At least 1 year of experience in employee relations or government relations.
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (High School accepted).
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hands-on experience dealing with government entities (e.g., MOHRE, GDRFA).
