Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Showroom Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in IT networking products and solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive sales. You will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom, providing expert advice on networking products, assisting with purchases, and ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom with professionalism and product knowledge. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable IT networking products such as routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and other networking equipment. Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to customers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Manage inventory and ensure the showroom is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT networking technologies and product trends. Follow up with clients to provide after-sales support and nurture long-term customer relationships. Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of IT networking products and solutions is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Sales-driven with the ability to meet targets. Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks) is a plus. 2+ Experience

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field. Previous experience in IT hardware, networking, or electronics sales is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT skills.
