To achieve monthly sales targets by promoting and selling BAIC vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining strong product knowledge, and ensuring a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Proactively generate leads through showroom walk-ins, calls, referrals, and outdoor activities.
Provide customers with detailed product information, vehicle specifications, and financing options.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize deals within company policies.
Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and registration departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Ensure the showroom display and vehicle presentation meet brand standards.
Participate in promotional events and campaigns to boost sales.
Stay updated with competitor models, pricing, and market trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales (experience in Chinese brands preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer relationship management.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
